This was my first experience coming here. I have a very heavy prescription and ordered a thin framed set of glasses. I paid extra to have the glass thinned but due to my prescription the glass was still very thick and I was very unhappy with the look of the glasses. I called them the day after I picked up my glasses and expressed my concerns and they got me in the same day to pick out a new frame at no cost. I was very happy they were able to offer me the new frames.

Everyone here is so nice! They all are so helpful and especially the lady who helped pick out my daughter’s first pair of glasses. She was so sweet. Thank you all for being so welcoming.
