This was my first experience coming here. I have a very heavy prescription and ordered a thin framed set of glasses. I paid extra to have the glass thinned but due to my prescription the glass was still very thick and I was very unhappy with the look of the glasses. I called them the day after I picked up my glasses and expressed my concerns and they got me in the same day to pick out a new frame at no cost. I was very happy they were able to offer me the new frames.
